Bottle Drive Fundraiser

Hi Everyone, Thank you all for volunteering for this Sunday's bottle drive! Here are the groups, route assignments, and details. When and Where The bottle drive will run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday October 4th . If your group needs to amend these hours, please do! Group Assignments & Areas Group 1 (Ayla, Darcie, Mae): Area to be confirmed shortly Group 2 (Ariya, Blake, Nova): South Porcupine / Porcupine area Group 3 (Klaudia, Lexa, Talia): North of Ross Avenue Group 4 (Allison, Grace, Rosie): Backroad / Schumacher area Each group will need a truck to collect and transport empties. If you can get your hands on more than one truck, the more the merrier. What to Wear Please ask the girls to wear their practice jersey so community members can easily identify that they are supporting the Falcons! Bottle Return and Fund Collection Both Beer Store locations will be advised that groups will be dropping off empties anytime between 12:00 PM (opening) and 2:00 PM. Each group is responsible for sorting their empties, driving their collected empties to the Beer Store, and collecting the refunds from the returns. Once returned, please contact Ashley to arrange drop off of the funds. Supplies & Preparation We need one parent from each group to swing by before Sunday to grab supplies for the bottle drive: empty boxes, clear bags for crushed cans, containers for cash donations, disposable gloves, etc. If you think you will need more boxes, the LCBO has LOTS. Pickup Location: 488 Delnite Rd Please text or call Ashley at 705-363-7677 before Sunday to coordinate picking up these items. Please reach out if you have any questions. If you become unable to attend, please let me know, and I will update the groups. 🙂 Thank you for your support! Happy collecting! Ashley
